The Reverend Michael Monnot - Rector

Michael was born in the Bay Area, and grew up there and in Fairfield. He came to the Episcopal Church as an adult, drawn by the beauty of its ritual and the intelligence of its theology. He received a bachelor’s degree in history from UC Berkeley, and a Master’s of Divinity from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific (where he also met Betsey).


Michael was called to All Saints as Priests-in-charge in 2006, and appointed as Co-Rector in 2007. In 2017 Betsey Monnot was called to a new position in the Office of the Bishop and Michael became our Rector. Michael and Betsey have three sons.

The Reverend Virginia McNeely - Deacon

Born in Illinois, raised in Southern California, Virginia came north when she received a scholarship to Stanford University. There she became an Episcopalian and received a BA in cultural anthropology. The MS she received in counseling at CalState East Bay was useful in her 30+ years as a state employee. A graduate of the School for Deacons, Virginia was ordained in 2012.

Mr. Scott Nelson - Organist

Scott Nelson, a native of Spokane, Washington, holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Whitworth College, where he studied organ with Wayne Kalstrom, and the Master of Music degree from Kent State University, where he studied organ and improvisation with John Ferguson. He has served as Tenor Lay Clerk in the choir of Men and Boys at Norwich Cathedral in England, and has directed the music programs at churches in Washington, Ohio, and Texas before coming to California. He is the owner of Nelson Pipe Organ Service and he built the All Saints 3 manual/58 rank pipe organ in 1999. In June of 2013 Mr. Nelson marked his 25th year with All Saints.

Ms. Norma Boge - Bookkeeper

Norma Boge has been managing All Saints finanical records since 2001. She has had a long a varied career which has included owning a green house and a pawn shop, as well as working as a bookkeeper for GM.

Mr. John Miller - Ministry Intern

John Miller came to All Saints in 2003 as part of his seminary training, and never really left. Since 2009 John has been our ministry intern and has also fills the role of office administrator.
