About our Parking Pass Program.
All Saints Church is located across the street from Sacramento City College. Each semester we offer students the opportunity to purchase a pass to park in our parking lot Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 4:00. We have 29 spaces and sell 32 passes so there is almost always a space available. The church does reserve the right to close the lot to permit holders when other church events, like weddings, funerals and elections are scheduled.
Passes are sold to students online starting at 9:00 am on the Monday before the listed start of classes on the official Los Rios Community College Academic Calendar, and are good until the start of the next semester. Passes cost $45 for Fall and Spring semesters and $20 for the summer semester.

Due to overwhelming demand for permits for Spring 2014, we needed to reconsider how we distributed parking passes. We have switched to on-line ticket sales beginning Summer 2014.
Here is how it will work:
Starting 9:00 am the Monday before the published start of classes visit our the link in the box on the top right, enter your information and purchase a ticket using any major credit card. Your ticket will be e-mailed to you. Bring this ticket to the office between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of that week we will exchange it for a parking permit. No need to wait in line in the dark at 5:30am (or earlier)!
You must purchase a ticket on line in order to get a parking pass.
Warning: You will have 10 minutes to complete the registration form. The Make, Model and Color of the car you will drive and the Licence Plate Number are required to complete the registration form. Please have this information and your Credit Card with you when you log in.

Waiting List: When permits are sold out , you will be able to register for a waiting list. During the second week of classes we will count the number of empty spaces and sell additional permits to fill out the spaces. Waiting list permits will be sold to students in the order they appear on the wait list Wednesday of the third week of classes. These permits will be discounted by $5.

Q: How much does a permit cost?
A: $45 for Fall and Spring Semester and $20 for Summer.
Q: Can I buy a permit in advance?
A: Unfortunately we have much greater demand for permits than we have spaces available. We sell permits on a first-come-first-served using EventBright and cannot sell permits in advance or at the door.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door like I did before Summer 2014?
A: No. Permits are now sold exclusively on-line. We will not sell permits at the door.
Q: What day do tickets go on sale?
A: Permit tickets will go on sale starting the Monday before the published first day of classes as listed on the Sacramento City College Academic Calendar web page. We understand that some programs do not follow this schedule (Hi, dental program students). All we can do is suggest that these students request that their program conform to the published academic calendar.
Q: Why did you switch to starting the sale on Monday?
A: John Miller, our office administrator, works Tuesday through Thursday. When we did in person sales it was necessary to hold them at a time when John was in the office. When we switched to on-line sales we decided that Monday was a more sensible day to begin the sale.
Q: Do you sell permits for evening/night classes? Your lot is often empty at that time.
A: No. We make our church building available for community events during the evening hours. These groups have the right to park in our lot starting at 4:00 pm. There are also numerous church events that meet in the evening who also need to have spaces available. While there may not be a group every night, meetings are unpredictable and we will tow cars to make room for those who need to park and use our building.
Q: Is there a waiting list?
A: Permits are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Starting Spring 2015 we will institute a waiting list. We will sell additional permits based on actual parking lot use starting the third week of the semester. In Spring 2017 we were able to sell 3 additional permits.
Q: I’m on the waiting list, should I call or e-mail the office to check if a permit is available?
A: If a permit becomes available you will be automatically notified. There is no need to call or e-mail. If you have not received a pass by Wednesday of the third week of class then non will be available for that semester.
Q: What should I do if the lot is full?
A: There are a limited number of spaces immediately adjacent to the Church that we reserve for staff and visitors. If all the spaces are full you may use one of these spaces, but you need to inform the office that you are doing so. If no one is currently in the office please either call and leave a message 916-455-0643 or send and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try very hard to find everyone a place to park.
Q: Can I park in the lot for graduation?
A: Yes, as a courtesy to our graduating permit holders, you are welcomed to use your permit to park in our lot on the Saturday of commencement. Congratulations on completing your degree!
